Ingrid Bragemann is Tantor Chile’s Executive Producer and founder. With over 15 years of international service experience at her side, and another 10 years living in Germany and throughout Europe, she gained a one of kind view of the necessities of international production, which gave her the idea to build a company that unified all the advantages of the Latin American continent with the knowledge and organization of the old continent.
Speaking 4 languages, Ingrid manages to bring the involvement of a Line producer with the experience of an Executive Producer. It is this experience producing international projects throughout Latin America and Europe that has given her a one of a kind knowledge of the best crews, conditions, locations, and requirements for shooting around the continent and abroad.

Dinga Haines studied Literature at Marymount University and graduated from the University of Southern California’s Program of Cinematic Arts. She worked as a producer and screenwriter for independent companies, National Geographic Films, and Discovery Channel, where she developed fiction, documentary and commercial content. After 11 years of working in Los Angeles, she returned to Costa Rica, her childhood hometown.
In 2018 she wrote, produced and directed the feature film “Hombre de Fe’ which had theatrical distribution in Spain, Mexico, Colombia and Central America. It also achieved VOD distribution through Netflix (Latam), HBO (US), Movistar (EU). In 2021, she line-produced the feature film ‘La Hija de Todas Las Rabias’, co-produced by 6 countries and shot in Nicaragua.
She enjoys delving deep into projects such as documentaries and feature films, but also loves the bursting intensity of commercial projects where she is often involved as a producer, AD or director. She grew up in several countries of Latin America and navigates work equally as comfortably throughout the territory.

Rodrigo Reyes is a Mexican audiovisual producer passionate about technology, design and the arts. A curious and constantly learning human being with structured thinking who loves to organize, systematize and create relevant solutions from different perspectives.
For the last 7 years, Rodrigo has worked in movies, TV shows and advertising. He has worked with important brands such as HBO, Samsung, HEB, Air BnB, Modelo among others.

Emilia was born in Hamburg, Germany. After completing her study in marketing, she discovered her passion for moving images and decided to specialize in visual storytelling and production. Driven by a desire to grow and take on new challenges, she moved to Barcelona.
In Barcelona, she met Ingrid – a visionary who had a lasting influence on her professional journey. Since 2022, Emilia has been working with Tantor on a global scale. Combining her background in marketing and production, she developed together with Jakob a unique tool: the Tantor App – an innovative platform that merges creativity, strategy, and technology. -

Belén Soto Infante began her career as an actress at the age of nine. She has worked in various television and film productions, winning the award for Best Chilean Actress.
In 2019, she published "No te lo mereces," her first book, which became a bestseller for 20 weeks on Chile’s top-selling book rankings.
In 2020, she became the first Chilean nominated for the People’s Choice Awards as the most influential person in Latin America.
Her second book, Mujer Power, was published in 2021, and it is now the second bestseller of Belén’s books, having remained on the bestsellers list for over a year and published worldwide in Latin America, the United States, and Spain.
In 2022, she was invited to give her first TEDx Talk as one of the most prominent young leaders with a powerful voice in Chile.
She produced and directed her first documentary, Powerful Women, winning over 12 awards in 8 international festivals for Best Director and Best Documentary.
Today, alongside Tantor Fiction and Tusk Content, she runs her own production company, which creates fiction, non-fiction, and branded content, with a presence in more than five countries worldwide. -

Lina is a Designer and Audiovisual Creative with a background in Visual Arts and a Master’s in Audiovisual Direction. Her experience spans production, photography, and editing, with a focus on creating visual identities and content across digital and physical formats. Based in Barcelona, she currently works as a Designer and Assistant Producer at Tantor Films Spain, contributing to international audiovisual campaigns with a multidisciplinary and detail-oriented approach.
Additionally, I had the opportunity to live in the United States, so I speak English and Spanish.

Philipp was born in Germany and lived most of his life in Santiago de Chile. He grew up bilingual and eventually moved to South Africa to improve his English later in his youth. Now he speaks perfect Spanish, German and English.
Being the son of an executive producer he grew up in between sets around the world, which gave him a native eye, and feeling for the film industry in which he now works.
He studied film production and advertising in Santiago de Chile and eventually moved to Berlin where he worked at production companies like Big Fish and Stink. From there he now represents us an International Sales Representative.

Jakob was born in Hamburg, Germany and lived there his whole life. Over the years, he discovered the camera and filming for himself. After his training as a marketing communications specialist, he did an Erasmus+ scholarship in Barcelona at Tantorfilms.
Since September 2022, he has been working in South America and developing content that shows the Tantor world.

Miriam Pons

Miriam was one of the founders of Almanaque Azul in 2005. She was born in Panama and graduated from Trinity College with two degrees: psychology and art history. She is an entrepreneur and producer of film, photography, art, and events. In 2006, she ventured into publishing with the creation of the book Panama: Travel Guide, a tool for traveling within Panama and a favorite among locals. She returned to the world of film with the executive production and management of the film "Diciembres," winner of the first Panama Film Fund. This feature also won Primera Mirada in 2017. In 2019, she was part of the production team for the film "Plaza Catedral" by Abner Benaim, of which she was executive producer. She is the president of the Almanaque Azul Foundation.

As Head of Development for HandMade Films in the late 90’s, JR oversaw the development and production of 9 movies, including the first feature of Guy Ritchie and playwright Conor McPherson’s directorial debut.
Jan has since produced feature films both in the UK and Brazil.
As head of production for Sony-owned Stolen Picture, he oversaw production and delivery of UK HETV scripted series to Amazon Prime and the BBC.Jan is also founder of a production service business in Brazil, which today is part of TantorFilms with production offices throughout Latin America and Europe. He has produced over 100 commercials as well as dozens of non-scripted TV shows and features.
Currently based in London, Jan’s most recent production, Black Cab starring Nick Frost, was recently released on the streamer Shudder in all English-speaking territories.

From a very young age, Jana was always drawn to the world of cinematography. This came as no surprise to her family; her family owned a large production company, her grandfather was a famous cinema director specializing in Spaghetti Western movies, and her mother was one of the most recognizable voice actresses in Spanish cinema.
This upbringing sparked a curiosity and passion in Jana towards everything related to the art of filmmaking. She started her career in front of the camera but soon realized that her true interest lies behind it. Having obtained her Masters in Production from ESCAC, she started working in commercials, music videos and short films. A broad range of international projects for prominent brands have given her the essential foundation to become Head of Production for Tantor Films Spain & Portugal.

Eduardo is an audiovisual communicator. His expertise areas are TV management, Media and Marketing. He worked in corporate business marketing field for 8 years leading Marketing Research, Sponsorships and Brand Management till he opened up his own entertainment company directing the Commercial & Marketing Strategies for 7 years and as Executive Producer on more than 100 music concert TV shows for Canal E!, Canal Sony and Univision and the film "For Those About to Rock premiered in SXSW.
